Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl (/ˈræmkon/ /xæl/ [funny] [spring (season)]) is a subtropical Town located in Möldrutǟl Parish, Ăqiěgdìd District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl was founded by Së̋ Yoú̄kī 'Stella Blade' Raw̋nḱ Cúchīy Yoīkīb Glkadsm, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl has a yearly average temperature of 17°C (62°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Overview

Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1124, by Së̋ Yoú̄kī 'Stella Blade' Raw̋nḱ Cúchīy Yoīkīb Glkadsm. The establishment of Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Së̋ Yoú̄kī 'Stella Blade' Raw̋nḱ Cúchīy Yoīkīb Glkadsm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl as a prison colony.

Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. You get the terrible feeling that whatever it was, the wound it left will simply never heal. This town is as a necropolice.

Cultural Notes

A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl was attacked by members of a peasant revolt. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl lost 289 people, 326 livestock, and 86 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 115, when members of Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl's militia enacted an operation to rescue a specific 's family member from the enemy. The operation was complicated by enemy spies who revealed the militia's plan. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fìkh Ræmkon Khæl's bards, historians, and legend keepers.

History
